When From Farm to Table Canada, a start-up, woman-led packaged-food company, launched its popcorn, chips, and spices operations in 2011, they were hand-filling each bag.
Their passion for getting organic, locally-sourced food into the hands of kids at schools and sporting events across Canada was fueling their manual packaging operations.
