Our systems use pneumatic horizontal seal mechanisms with Teflon-coated jaws and independent temperature control per lane to create strong, airtight seals across every stick pack. For added protection, they can be paired with high-barrier films and optional nitrogen flushing, ensuring powders stay free-flowing and shelf-stable.
